If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued, less the original shipping cost.

Pride Central is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us at contactlevitateco@gmail.com so that we can assist you as needed.
